Events: Annual General Meeting 2002
On the 13th April 2002 the Caledonian Society of Sweden held its Annual General Meeting. Those of us who were interested had the chance to try curling before the meeting thanks to the curling instructor, James Dryburgh, and the Stocksund Curling Club which is based at Stockans Sports Centre. It turned out to be a very enjoyable experience and I think all those who took part would like to have another go.
Afterwards we held the AGM in the clubhouse. Among other things the new committee was elected. They are: -
Georgina MacEwan Fornhammar (President)
Graham Brodie (Steward)
Fiona MacPherson (Treasurer)
Stan Milne
Catherine McLaughlin and Andrew Townsend are sleeping members.
Judith Vitez and Anki Landström are deputy members

Gerd Laine Almgren and George Cook (in his absence) were elected as auditors.
